EP11001 – Jalapeno Cream Cheese Dip!

Okay, here it is! “Monday’s Menu!”
My simplest, yet most asked for recipe! I had fun doing this one, even if I was a little nervous.
Made some mistakes, and left some of them in… because I believe it shows even when you
do something a lot, you can still make mistakes!

Hopefully I will get better at this as I go! Hopefully you will enjoy this, just a regular guy,
some peppers and some soft cheese…mmmmmm….lol

Here is what you will need for this:

Jalapeno Cream Cheese Dip:

3 8oz packages of cream cheese
4-6 FRESH jalapeno peppers
4-6 drops of Habanero Extract

Hand Mixer
Large Bowl (The bigger the better)
Cutting board & Knife
Container large enough to put final product in
Gloves (optional, but I recommend them)

    Yummmmmm…..I want some! I took the liberty of sending the video’s address to my brother in OH and sister in FL. Words going to get out about you! This is great. Thank you for just being who you are (i.e. a regular guy in your kitchen). Someone we can relate to. Your crazy sense of humor is refreshing, the piano at the end.

    I have dairy allergies so will substitute tofu for my cream cheese! I’ll let you know how it turns out when I try it.
